Position: Intern (2 available spots)

 

Administrative Intern

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collecting new legislation on a daily or regular basis according to company expectations;

2. Providing consulting service that is satisfactory to the client;

3. Assisting the senior consultant and client in arranging meetings and recording meeting minutes;

4. Basic administrative duties, such as filing documents.

5. Assisting the senior consultant in bringing in accounting vouchers.

 

Qualifications:

1. Basic level of English and a willingness to learn in an English environment;

2. Familiar with using Microsoft Office and day-to-day office equipment;

3. Detail oriented, highly responsible, upright towards others and upholds principles;

4. Good team player and strong communication skills and concept of customer service;

5. Candidates who majored in accounting, tax or law will be considered before other majors.

 

Sales Intern

Job Responsibilities:

1. Looking for potential clients through daily phone calls;

2. Assisting the manager in maintaining relationships with current clients;

3. Briefing the manager on a client’s current status;

4. Other responsibilities provided by the firm.

 

Qualifications:

1. Basic level of English and a willingness to learn in an English environment;

2. Willingness to improve language abilities as well as other skills;

3. Good insight and analytical skills and strong conversation and people skills;

4. One year of relevant job experience.

5. Candidates who majored in accounting, tax and law will be considered before other majors.

 

Our firm will provide you extensive training on accounting, tax, commerce, language, etc. Candidates who are selected for these internship positions will meet new challenges and acquire valuable experience in the process. Also, they may be eligible for further career opportinites within the consulting firm.
